The first part of the presentation covers the essential elements of the Hong Kong business investment visa approvability test, but I cover off the Catch 22 between 2.17 and 7.16 and then cite a case example of what ImmD tend to do when they feel they can’t say yes nor can’t say no to an investment visa applicant (in this case, a multi-level marketeer) starting from 16.10.
